UOL-SingLand JV to buy Watten Estate Condominium for S$550.8m
Watten Estate Condominium has been sold via tender to UOL Group and Singapore Land Group (SingLand).
The transacted price is S$550.8 million, which is about 10.2% about the minimum price of $500 million.
UOL Group and SingLand, intend to develop 200 larger format apartments at the 220,241 square feet site.
The new District 11 luxury condo would be named Watten House.
